Keep cultural favoritism, or likings to yourself until asked for. Better be open to working in multi-cultural work environment. As a coach, I got chance to work with people of several cultural backgrounds. It changes my perspective to life.In my career working in hazardous offshore oil and gas fields, I got to work with colleagues of six yo seven countries. Each with different set and priority. They all taught me and left me richer than before meeting them.

Lookahead Plan:

Secure your goals and lookahead plan. Such things revealed in advance when asked for, uncared for go waste. If shared with a reactive person, he may be successful in draining your drive and vigor. Causing you loss of not only monetary but mainly Wisdom fortune

Take-home paycheck:

I take home this much per month and you take home that much. They take home so much with so less work done. Amplify your core capabilities and lookout for better work of your choice. Comparison will never make your replete unless the forming years saw it coming all through. Dont reveal if you have multiple income streams out of your mainstream work discipline. Possessions Display:

Display of possessions arouses envy. No need unless your are in a world of showbiz r a movie star. People are overspending to imitate those they see on FB, IG,X or other media handles. For surprise, many celebrities get clothes on rental basis. People get furniture on cheap rental basis, and cars as well on loans.

Media Presence:

Comparison of likes, shares and views is another governing factor that is hard to escape and disown. This has become a cornerstone in various walks of life now. Don’t spend time following everyone you know. Rather spend time in lonely walks. Get your brain positively bored and attract ideas to create than to just Follow.
