At the end of day, it is all about trying to simplify our lives. That’s what we all are set to do.

Alternative routines may suit other people and it is entirely their sweet choice as per what suits their nature of operation.

I am trying to make a simple point here that there is less possibility of disturbances and distractions popping up and succeeding at distancing you from your precious FOCUS groove in morning times.

So here successfully getting desired results on your planned tasks for the day musters an edge. This is my first hand experience. Once accomplished and those toads eaten in early hours, you have a whole day ahead at your disposal. To take the passion route.

A scene where things have been initiated in morning , certain tasks done, certain already picked the direction that may be completed at a later date and some can be amicably postponed.

It is the time when you have freshly clubbed the cortisol for the day.
