Can you zone out by your own command. Better to have morning or evening routine,

Would say better to have morning routine if possible and practicable. Because it is the time you keep that killer cortisol pinned against the wall. Thereby allowing the endorphins, serotonins and dopamines flourish and reign higher to your optimax benefit.

On the other hand by evening, stress has already taken its toll on you by near end of the day, leaving less scope for the positivity hormones to multiply and help you out.

This will more likely impact stress management, anti-aging as years will start piling on.

The idea is mine, choice is yours on what convinces you. It looks tough in beginning but will soon become a cannot-do-without type of chore if not scaled 4 to 5 times a week.

Rather I believe it is a uncommon trait to be able to promptly alter your existing zone to another one that you are probably doing to benefit yourself directly, and indirectly, probably to your family, your occupation or passion and complementing your wellness in totality.

Not many can do it with ease. Great if you are already into meditation, but practicing it and / or breathing better can take you to cleanly soar in your chosen pathways of life.

This is a rare question, a state many yearn to be into.

Wish better avenues ahead….with gratitude.

Overly productive or take it easy:

would say not much need to be overly productive.or take it slowly 

Take your time.

And self paced.

Effectiveness and gravity of what you do is viral here.

When you have aced it,you know it well in your heart .

So,head along with your selected preferences matching your time and,energy.

Things done in a ground state with your best vibrational frequency will leverage in delivering your best.

No need to compare or rush looking at anyone else.Yes continuous learning in your field is always good.

Try keeping making small improvements ( KAIZENS) in your own comfort,but regularly.1 a day is 30 a month and 365 a year.

Noise:

Noise is a health and environmental hazard. There to steer your attention and stealthily dim your focus. From talking at high decibels to lack of manners of speaking in workplace at high volumes. All go to add to the noise nuisance. After consistent exposure to high noise level beyond 115 decibels, you contract NIHL, Noise induced hearing loss. Sure there is no pill to recover from this except a healing machine. Although as small as a suave hands free plug-in device. So to know noise canceling stands to be of paramount importance for working seamlessly and deliver from your core best

Lighting:

Inadequate lighting promotes headache and system health problems such as migraines. So employers have obligation to provide illumination levels to lumens or lux levels as per the type of activity in progress. Distraction , reduced focus, lack of drive and direct impairment to your work quality as the common expected consequences expected to surface here.

Layout:

Workplace layout of decor ,the colors chosen for furniture, shape and design of chairs and tables, the duty of upholstery, different assigned rooms say for regular meetings, a zone for reception, a room for rendering one to one client troubleshooting by expert think-tanks, a classy place to move ahead with.
